- Create and update a knowledge base and database of known errors to enhance first-line help and reduce reliance on subject matter experts.
- Identify reoccurring issues, establish SOPs, and make recommendations to automate monitoring, detection, and remediation, allowing first-line teams to tackle common problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., DevOps, Operations, Product) and third-party vendors to handle escalation, SOP development, and incident resolution.
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Mean Time to Detect/Resolve (MTTD/MTTR), tickets worked, change validations, and significant incidents avoided to promote continuous improvement.
